Real Madrid Coach Not Concerned About Mbappé’s Goal Scoring

Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti recently shared that he is not worried about Kylian Mbappé’s goal-scoring abilities after a lackluster performance in the last two LaLiga games. Despite Mbappé failing to find the net in consecutive matches, Ancelotti remains confident in the forward’s potential.

After being substituted in the 86th minute of the match against Real Valladolid without scoring, Mbappé shared his thoughts with Real Madrid TV. He expressed his happiness at starting off at the Bernabéu with a victory and emphasized the importance of getting the three points. Mbappé acknowledged the support of the fans and highlighted the team’s goal of winning consistently.

In his post-match conference, Ancelotti dismissed concerns about Mbappé’s position as a center-forward limiting his impact on the team. He emphasized Mbappé’s strengths as a forward, highlighting his speed, movement off the ball, and goal-scoring ability. Ancelotti expressed confidence in Mbappé’s scoring potential regardless of his positioning on the field.

Ancelotti also commended Endrick, a recent addition to the team who scored his first goal for Madrid in the 96th minute against Real Valladolid. Ancelotti praised Endrick’s qualities, emphasizing his potential, control, shooting ability, and effectiveness in tight spaces. The coach recognized Endrick as a penalty box forward with a knack for creating danger in small areas.

Following a draw against Real Mallorca in the opening weekend, Real Madrid secured a 3-0 victory over Real Valladolid in their latest LaLiga fixture. The team is currently navigating the absence of key midfielders like Jude Bellingham and Eduardo Camavinga due to injuries, as well as the suspension of defender Ferland Mendy in the Valladolid match. Real Madrid is focused on defending their LaLiga title and will face Las Palmas next before hosting Real Betis in their upcoming fixtures.
